| System Scans: Scan for known Spyware, Adware, Malware, Viruses. Operating system updates. End checkup with defrag of the hard drive. |
| Operating System Reinstallation/Recovery |
At times for some reason or another, a problem occurs with windows itself. Usually the last resort, but a recover or reinstallation may need to be done. Includes installation of software provided by customer or purchased through us. Three hour cap on this procedure, which means this procedure will never cost more than three hours of labor cost. |
